In brief

STUD 100 sells one product. The store runs on Shopify with a separate account subdomain, English and Spanish storefronts, wholesale inquiries, and the full range of Shopify wallet payment methods.

The Challenge

Vantra had never run paid ads, had no existing customer list, and faced established competitors with far larger marketing budgets. Messaging hadn't been tested, the internal team was small, and there was no time to run slow, cautious experiments before launch.

The Approach

We tested multiple ad angles at low spend before scaling behind top performers across search and social. Weekly creative refreshes kept campaigns responsive to live results, and the checkout page was rebuilt to reduce friction and build buyer confidence at the final step.

The Results

Revenue grew 3.1x within the first ten weeks, with cost per acquisition falling steadily as creative improved. Paid social became Vantra's top-performing channel, and the launch framework is now reused for every new product the brand introduces.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes, a good share of my work is with nonprofits. The constraint is usually budget and bandwidth, which is exactly where one person doing both strategy and execution makes sense.
